Welcome to Phoenix Oracle, owned and operated by Mikos Unlimited LLC (DBA Wandering Loon).

By accessing or using the Phoenix Oracle mobile application (“App”) or phoenixoracle.ai website (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Phoenix Oracle provides astrology, esoteric insights, and AI-enhanced interpretive content for entertainment and educational purposes only.

Nothing within the App or Site should be interpreted as psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Phoenix Oracle offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store.

By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize Apple to charge your selected payment method
• Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• You may manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled directly by Apple

If your subscription expires, premium features will no longer be accessible.

If you reinstall the App or switch devices:

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the App.

You must use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App
• Resell or exploit App content
• Use the App for illegal or abusive activity
• Attempt to bypass subscription or access controls

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Some content in Phoenix Oracle is generated using automated AI systems.

You acknowledge:

• AI interpretations may contain symbolic or subjective elements
• Content is for entertainment and spiritual exploration
• The company is not liable for decisions made based on App content

All content, branding, graphics, features, and designs are owned by Mikos Unlimited LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy or reproduce material without written permission.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and usage.

Phoenix Oracle is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We are not responsible for errors, data loss, or interruptions
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We make no guarantees regarding interpretation accuracy

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
